Frequently asked questions about the MahaPareek Community Management System.

1. How do I register my family?

To register your family, click on "Register New Family" from the dashboard or family management page. Fill in the required details including family information and head member details. Your application will be reviewed by the admin.

2. How do I apply for a scheme?

Navigate to the "Schemes" section from the main menu. Browse available schemes and click "Apply" on the scheme you wish to apply for. Fill in the application form and submit it for approval.

3. What is the approval process?

Family registrations and scheme applications go through a multi-level approval process:

• Family Registration: District Admin → Zone Admin → State Admin
• Scheme Applications: District Admin → Zone Admin → State Admin

4. How do I contact an admin?

You can contact the admin through the "Contact" section or by reaching out to your district/zone admin directly. Contact details can be found in the Office Bearers section.

5. Is my data secure?

Yes. We comply with the DPDP 2023 guidelines by the Government of India. All personal data is processed with the highest level of confidentiality and security measures.
